Had 4 interviews total- Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Clinical Trainer, and Panel Interview. All interviews went well but had issues with the panel interview due to presentation and not being able to share my screen through Teams meeting. Needless to say, I knew my chances were not good after that but it would have been professional for them to contact me like they said they would to inform me that I did not get the job. They ghosted me. They said they would make the decision by the end of the week and would let me know but they didn't. It was very disappointing and disheartening.
