The overall process was much faster than expected. Communications from HR and management were acceptable. The actual interviews were easier than expected and did not ask enough questions specific to the job requirements. This could lead to hiring candidates lacking sufficient skillsets.

I honestly don't have a good comment to add for the most difficult question. There were a number that were somewhat challenging.

Interview
Went for an interview last year, overall not too bad. First round, F2F with HR, 2nd round with hiring manager, and 3rd with VP. I believe some contents were repetitive, perhaps two rounds of interview shall be all good.
