It was an easy interview....but they were pretty desperate. Asked questions about my reliability and if I have kids that someone else can take care of them so that I don't miss work.

Reliable vehicle? Be there at 4:30 am. Is there someone to take care of my kids if they get sick.

Interview
They ask you in for an interview and ask you a lot of questions about your previous employer. They ask you how you handle stress or being over whelmed. You also have to take a personality test to show what kind of person you are and how you learn new things so they can see ahead of time if they can accommodate your learning style.
