1st interview was good, general questions with HR about experience and direction, nothing technical. 2nd interview was with department specialists. More technical and knowledge based, using a case study. All participants in both interviews were very nice. I was disappointed however to have been told to expect a phone call about a decision within a day or two and only after I called back after 10 days was I told that I was unsuccessful.
