I applied online. I interviewed at French-American Foundation
Interview
It was an easy process. They asked standard questions regarding my administrative background and interest in the position. I initially had a phone interview and then was asked to come to the office for an in-person interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at French-American Foundation (Paris)
Interview
I had an interview after I applied spontaneously for an internship through the French American Foundation's website. I received an email a couple days later saying they were interested in working with me and I was almost guaranteed the post given my background for the position. During the interview itself the two program directors asked me about my experiences and why I would be a good fit for the position.
After responding to a job posting, I initially interviewed for a different position. This entailed having two separate interviews, after which I was not offered the position. However, a few weeks later I was called back for a different position. After one more interview, I was offered this position. The interviews were pretty standard and friendly (tell us a bit about yourself and your background; do you have experience in managing experts from different fields, and can you describe this; can you tell us why your professional background and experience makes you a good candidate for the job; etc.,)
