Very quick and efficient. There are a series of questions to check if you have the qualities of a person that is hungry to be successful. Then they explain the job description in detail and what to expect on a daily basis.
Phone call interview was asked to come in to talk to the dm . Was asked a few questions about past employment. Answered said questions a week later I got a call with a job offer.
