Initial screen call and then video call with sales manager, face to face with sales manager and then separate face to face with CEO. Strung out over 3 months. Disappointing process, very obviously kept as a ‘plan b’ . Which is all fine. But zero feedback after several rounds, isn’t professional - even when discussed with recruiter. I’d be sure to ask how many recent clients have been closed in the last 12 months, if engaged in a sales position.
