I met with a recruiter at a career fair. After a pretty nice conversation, I followed up with her via email as I do with every career fair. She got back with about a week later to set up an interview. I had an initial zoom interview that same week which lasted about an hour. She said it usually took about a week to do a second in office interview but it took longer to schedule because of covid. About a month later, I had the second interview. I had a job offer the next week.
