You will need to pass a phone interview before you are asked for a face-to-face interview. Once you pass that then you will have a panel interview. Managers and coworkers were in the interview along with an HR rep. It was a standard interview with the basic questions. Laid back atmosphere. Not corporate. Mining experience not required but need to know about Instructional Design. The interview took about an hour or so.
