Freedom Motors interview questions

This is a long story about disrespectful unprofessionalism in recruiting from Freedom Motors of Battle Creek. I applied for a sales position with them in March 2024. They scheduled a Zoom interview with me for that position. I waited 15 minutes on Zoom and the HR rep did not show up to the interview! I had to email her to ask what happened. She nonchalantly stated she had to call off due to sickness and apologized but nobody bothered cancelling the interview. I offered grace and to reschedule but she ghosted me! I emailed her once more to express my confusion and to withdraw my interest. Fast forward to this past Friday, 12/13/24. A different HR Rep from Freedom Motors pursued ME on Indeed about a Marketing position and asked to schedule a phone interview for Monday, 12/16 at 2:00pm. I decided to give them a chance because they reached out to me and I’m always open to discussing an opportunity. 2:15pm comes around and no phone call! So, I call her and after 2 rings, I’m sent to voicemail! I leave a message and I have heard nothing back. Standing the same candidate up and playing in their face TWICE and is actually wild and insane behavior. Especially when THEY PURSUED THE CANDIDATE! I have never in my life experienced such inconsideration and unprofessionalism, and this early on in the recruiting process. This is inexcusable and the double standard needs to be called out. If I did the same thing, I would never be considered by them again. Peoples time is invaluable and irreplaceable. Shame on all of you at Freedom Motors!

It was like just talking to a friend they had some challenging questions to see how creative I was. They were also really open with what a day-to-day would look like.
