Initial interview with HR and psychological test. The psychological test determines if the candidate is a good fit for the role. Interview with hiring manager and director. Interview with team, hiring manager and director. No protesting was required.

What tools do you utilize to identify revenue issues when working with clients?

Just to clarify, Freed Maxick does ask all potential candidates to take a Predictive Index (PI) survey, which is not a psychological test but an indicator of workplace behaviors with regard to communication style, attention to detail, pace, etc. We have used the PI for many years to be sure our Firm is the right fit for new employees.
