I applied through the Careers section on Fred Meyer's website, originally for a different position in the store. The interview was pretty easy and was values and experience based. I was offered the job on the spot and a few weeks later was contacted about taking on the cashier role instead of the one that I originally applied for.

Chris was extremely pleasant. She was empathetic and personable as well as transparent. I was lucky to have had the pleasure of interviewing with her. We went over available hours, expectations, focuses etc.
