It is very a super simple process, they call you in, ask a handful of very simple questions related to your position, and oftentimes will hire you on the spot.

Question 1
I don' t remember the exact wording, but it was similar to how do you make a customer's experience the best possible, and what would you do if you found a carton of eggs in a different department, or what would you do if a customer broke one of the eggs in the carton (clean up the mess and get them a new carton, give the old one to deli associate)

Interview
Typical interview questions. My interviewer was very nice, and offered me a job on the spot. Did a mouth swab drug test, and had to wait for my background check to clear before I could officially start. The whole interview took about 20 minutes.
Standard. Similar to other competitors. Individual interview process. HR easy to contact. Application process standard. Unable to fully determine hours and schedule/ long term or consistent. Would consider looking at future openings and options for schedule available at that time.
Group interview with asking the same question to multiple applicants. Then performed individual interviews with questions that get to know your interests or work style. Nothing too challenging or needing preparation for
