There wasn’t much to the interview. I was basically preached to and told how the performance there is lacking in so many areas. It seemed like the manager was very disgruntled and irritated with his position. I was initially told that I could learn all kinds of machines and become an operator in a short period of time. After accepting the job because I was in a hurry to find a job, I learned that I would have to wait years to operate machines that really aren’t difficult to operate. I felt as though I could progress much faster with a different management team and I did at a following job.
