Overall process was fairly straight forward. Had a phone interview with HR first, then was brought in and met with my current boss as well as one of the VP's (my bosses' boss.) I feel that they were not quite up front and honest about the culture. EXTREMELY conservative and not flexible in regards to work/life balance.
