Interview
I applied online to a job posting for an Administrative Assistant was contacted by email the next day to call the office. Call the office was set up a time to come into the office to review my application. Expect to spend about 2 to 3 hours there. You have to complete the paper application and some other forms as well as complete a lot of assessment test. What they don't tell you is if you score in the 70's for the computer test you will never hear from them again. I applied back in September of 2013 and have yet to get one phone call or email about any position. If you don't score well you better not stick around and wait for a call from them.

Question 1
The only difficult part is the Microsoft Excel and Word test. I think the test is in the 2007 version so if your not familiar with Microsoft 2007 because you have moved on to 2010 you better get familiar with it.

Interview
Written tests are conducted on site in word, excel and mathematics, some paperwork to fill out and a short interview as to your expectations. All done very professionally and within 90 minutes.
