Very quick to respond to online application. Straight forward interview and hiring process. Didn't care for the required reference submission before interviewing as I think this should be done after initial contact.

Interview
It was a telephonic interview through microsoft teams. It was not hard. Interviewer was approachable and friendly. Not to intimidating. Overall it was easy. Very smooth interview. Cons: The manager was later for the interview. Has to wait in teams for more than 30minutes
