Interview
Initial Screening by HR coordinator in a separate office to take a skill exam/ questionnaire survey then went to interview the Hiring Manager and a Supervisor in another room. HR Coordinator basically went through essential job duties and responsibilities, general work hours/times, how you will get paid. etc. Questions relating to the job or day to day responsibilities go to the Immediate Hiring Manager. Be prepared to think on your feet and answer some challenging out of the box questions. Office was big and clean (typical big corporate office look), some of the employees dress pretty casually for a legal environment but the position I was applying was more corporate in house work, not the attorney-client facing side.
