I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fragomen (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2014
Interview
During my interview, I sat for over four hours speaking with a combination of different partners, attorneys, associates, client managers and senior paralegals. You will generally meet with one or two people at a time, and they will generally be from the same team. They will ask you a variety of fairly generic questions: what are your strengths and what are your weaknesses. As well as ask you why you would like to work for the firm and why you are interested in immigration. At the end of the interview, you will be given time to write a short essay in regards to immigration.

Question 1
How do I know you can be detail oriented with important information?
There were two interviews, one with HR and then with the team in person. There was some lack of communication in the middle of the process, with the HR not knowing if they would have openings in one or another office, so that required following-up.
Very simple - Phone interview and then in person interview. I was able to get more information on the role as well as expectations. Then I only had to wait a week to hear back and let them know if I was accepting. Overall a very easy interview process.
