I applied through university. I interviewed at Fragomen in Jun 2014
Interview
I applied through my University's career system and was originally sent an email about a networking event and then asked to interview. I attended the interview in which I met with 4 people. However, it seems the recruiter who scheduled this didn't remember that I actually attended an interview...because two days later he asked me to come in to interview again. Once the confusion was cleared up I was told that I would be told details shortly. However, a month and a half later and no response. Numerous phone calls and emails were also sent to no avail. Finally, I got a hold of the recruiter and got a response.

Question 1
How do I know you can be detail oriented with important information?
There were two interviews, one with HR and then with the team in person. There was some lack of communication in the middle of the process, with the HR not knowing if they would have openings in one or another office, so that required following-up.
Very simple - Phone interview and then in person interview. I was able to get more information on the role as well as expectations. Then I only had to wait a week to hear back and let them know if I was accepting. Overall a very easy interview process.
