The interview process was smooth. It is your typical multi-meeting process (as are most in this tier level.) You will first meet with an acquistionist, then the on site manager, then you have a final meeting with the owner. They were very accomodating by having the first 2 virtually so as to not take up more of my time traveling. Then my final meeting was a lovely (and very nice touch) lunch at R.H. to personally meet me, give my official offer, and welcome me to the family.

Question 1
It wasn't so much what they asked (as they can be pretty standard questions.) It was more about how you were made to feel. I didn't feel like I was being questioned. More like I was having a conversation with someone I hadn't seen in years. That spoke volumes to me.
