Applied online, was recommended by someone who had previously gone through interview process but taken another position. Was contacted by HR, at first HR was very responsive and thoughtful. Had an interview with hiring manager that went well. Did a presentation. Had coached previous person who recommended me on how to do a presentation. After the final, was told would be contacted soon. Both interviewers seemed enthusiastic. Two weeks go by, radio silence. Email and text to HR unanswered. Finally got some form email rejecting my application. Zero feedback. Just a really weak, cowardly way to end things.
