Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. The recruiter reached out and asked about visa sponsorship and other stuff, then scheduled the first interview with was a virtual chat talking that was about my experience and about the position. Then in a week or so I had the first technical interview where I had to solve a simple data processing question. Taking location data points in a dict formant. I had to find all related places.
Then I had other 4 technical interviews with different people.
1. Desing a restaurant booking system
2. Implement a tree in python. Implement an interface in python
3. Implement a simple internal program including some data processing and API point calls.
4. Write a class for database conflict resolution

Question 1
They asked in depth about my experience with databases and database schema design as well as efficient use of database constructs. Unfortunately I only had one project in school that dealt with sql for about a week so I didn't have a great deal of experience to call upon. These questions were very unexpected and inconsistent with my other experiences interviewing as a new grad.
