I was screened by the CEO and the Co-Founder of the company, and given the opportunity to show example of work in order for them to determine if I was what they were looking for.

Interview
It was fairly casual. There's a large emphasis put on doing what you say you'll do, when you'll do it. My interview was first with the CEO which I though was unusual. The final and deciding interview was with the team I was hoping to work with. I guess the makes sense since they're the ones who I work with.
