I have submitted my CV to Four Seasons Health Care Group website for the published job vacancy. After few days I was called for an interview with the care home manager. After the interview, the Human Resources Manager has asked me to complete the application with the 2 employment references and a character reference. As well as he/she has requested to submit the required details and documents (Proof of Identity and Proof of Address) for the DBS check. After everything is clear. I was asked to start the job.
