After submitting an application, the company sends an invitation for an online assessment that includes a one way interview and an IQ test that is similar to GMAT. The online assessment measures: 1 - Problem Solving 2 - Data Sufficiency 3 - Logical Reasoning 4 - Critical Thinking 5 - Situational Reasoning

Interview
Very tough even for a case study prepared person. The type of case studies involved in the FP interview process is completely different and much tougher than MBB and Big 4 companies. i can understand as they are a very small firm and each person counts but i believe being able to solve a 4 hour - 24 pages pdf file of a case study is not what constitutes a good candidate especially if you're entering a senior analyst/consultant role.
