I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Four Peaks Brewery (Tempe, AZ) in Mar 2017
Interview
Interview was conducted by the warehouse manager and the head of the brewery operation at the brewery / taproom/ restaurant location in Tempe . Both were very friendly and spoke highly of their company. They explained in depth how their company was expanding following being acquired by Anheuser Busch / Inbev. They did not ask a lot of questions, but they did know the contents of my resume fairly well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Four Peaks Brewery in Jun 2010
Interview
The interview was noninvasive. I was told when the general manager would be in and arrived at that time, asking to speak with him. I introduced myself and explained how I became interested in the position and who I knew that worked there already. He was really nice, provided me with an application, and left me alone to complete it. He later came back and talked to me for a bit longer and then asked me to keep in touch with him for the next couple of weeks, as he knew he'd have an opening soon. I emailed him about a week later and he told me to come in to start training the next week.
