I applied online and received an email that same day from their Recruiter, Matty, asking to set up a 20 or so minute call. We spoke the following week, asked the standard questions and got me excited about the role! By the end of the call she let me know the next step would be 2 at home assessments that were 15 minutes each! After I completed those, I had an hour long video call with their HR VP, Candace! She asked me questions focused on how I became who I am, got to where I am today and who I really was rather than than the typical questions often asked in interviews. It was the best interview I've had to date! After that I had a call with their VP of Sales Operations, Mary, who was fabulous and dug a little deeper into my background. Overall, I had a great experience with Four Hands during this process. Everyone I spoke to inquired about my future goals and I could tell immediately they truly cared and were passionate about what they did. They were all warm and energetic and I never felt lost throughout the process. The day after my last interview I received a call from Matty who gave me the awesome news that I would be receiving an offer, which of course I accepted!
