Foundry Literary + Media interview questions

It was a very relaxed and easy going interview process. The interviewer asked what I enjoyed reading at the moment and what I would want to read when looking at manuscripts. I was also asked if I had any former editing experience. An assignment was given after the interview in which I read a manuscript and wrote a reader's report on it.
