Foundry Commercial interview questions

Met with the team I was going to support/manage and the director. Primarily focused on learning about previous experience/understanding of the role. Asked about goals and ambitions in the PM world as well as how I handled managing people at the same time as managing assets.

They are extremely pleasant to speak with and ask general questions about previous work history, schooling and then dive into some more philosophical-like questions. They think now, as well as in the future and want you to think the same.
