Easy ..hired onthe spot. An interview is a conversation where questions are asked and answers are given. In common parlance, the word "interview" refers to a one-on-one conversation between an interviewer and an interviewee.

I was orginally interviewed by Ashkan and didn't hear anything at all back for a month or so. I recieved another call for a 2nd interview with the owner. She is friendly. They needed employees and she was trying to hire 2 that day. The interview was about 15 min. After the interview I recieved phone call about 15 min later asking me to start the next day.
