As a professional with years of experience leading procurement and logistics across 9 countries—including several EU markets and India—and with a background in organizing major global sporting events like the Olympics, World Cups, and numerous European Championships, I have rarely encountered such a professional recruitment team. When I applied for a procurement position at FEG, I expected a generic AI response. Instead, I was contacted by Joao Barbosa from HR, who was incredibly kind and professional. Our 30-minute interview felt more like a relaxed conversation in a cafe than a formal screening. This positive atmosphere continued during my talk with the Hiring Manager. The entire process was a rare blend of high professionalism and a welcoming, relaxed culture. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected this time as they decided to move forward with a candidate who has more experience and likely fits their current specific requirements better. However, this didn't diminish my respect for the process or for FEG as a company. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend FEG to anyone—it’s clear they have a fantastic collective and a great working environment. Life goes on, but I hope our paths might cross again in the future. If not, I wish the team nothing but the best!

No clear instructions regarding the interview process, I don't think they even had an agenda or even bothered to inform who and what the interview will be about. They wasted my time along with theirs.
