Fortitude Reinsurance interview questions

The interview process moved pretty quickly with interviews being scheduled roughly 7 - 10 days apart. Starting with the recruiter, there were four rounds, one of which included two interviewers together. Everyone with whom I interviewed was prepared and knowledgeable about the role for which I was being considered. They had actually read my resume and did not make me feel belittled because of gaps particularly in this rough economy. We were able to have meaningful conversations about their expectations and how they aligned with my experience and professional goals. One of the things that struck me most about the interview process was how personable every single person was during the discussions. They were all high caliber talent in their roles and yet they brought a lot of humanity to the process. Coming from a different industry, it was great to really feel like I was really seen and heard. No red flags or even yellow flags in the interview process.

Interview process was not overwhelming, They asked basic questions about your experience in the actuarial world as well as any technical skills you may have. There were no technical tests or quizzes that you had to take.
