Fort Wayne Metals interview questions

After applying, someone from the talent acquisition team reached out to me to schedule a phone call. During the call, I was asked to describe my relevant experiences and why I was interested in the position. I was able to ask about the working environment and culture of the company.

Initially there was an online screening interview. The second round of interviews was an interview with the senior management team. Finally an interview with the site lead was the final round of the interview process.
