No interview process. But you do need to be self motivated and determined to succeed. You should think more about who could help you achieve and who is putting in the activity for you to learn from rather than joining with someone just becuase they're your friend. Although it is very true that you don't need an upline, but you do need a downline if you're planning on hitting incentives.
