Easy, just want to know if you can sell their financial products like insurance. If you have, the process is fairly fast. They do offer to sponsor series testing for new advisors, as well as pay during the studying process.

Applied through career fair at college, got phone call from HR, Set up interview via phone, went for interview.
The staffs are very friendly and very nice. However, this company is a non-profit wall street firm that offer financial service which mean that they are looking for someone who are willing to give back to society. Everyone here seems like a big family, welcoming, and good environment to work here. But, I live in Manhattan. In order to support myself and family I need to work someplace else where they pay higher. Thank you for the opportunity and the good work that they did to the society. As it right now, I have to find a job where they can offer me a higher pay.
