The interview process is very laid out & straight forward. They make it clear that they don’t typically hire from outside of the company. The mostly hire from within.

Interview
Interview was embarrassing. The questions were asked with bias, as if they had already made a decision/assessment of the candidate prior to the interview. The interviewer tried to diminish accomplishments and assumed the candidate was not up to par without having an open mind to transferable experienced.
