The interview process was very smooth and well structured. The team was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and confident. Overall, it was a very positive experience

" The interview is a two way process to figure out whether there's a match between the employer and the applicant" , never such a phrase more appropriate, as after speaking to the hiring manager I added this company to my blacklist. After an initial interview with the internal recruiter, I moved to the next stage with the hiring manager. She joined the cal 10 minutes late and gave me attitude because I was interviewing for this position despite being in a full time job. I explained why I was looking elsewhere, but then she came back to the same point, in a very aggressive and disrespectful way, using negative language such as "this really bad". No questions based on competency or experience, just attitude and negativity, which was quite bizarre as, in preparation for the interview, I found out that the hiring manager changed several jobs, some of which lasted less than 6 months. The hiring manager was so rude that any glimpse of motivation was totally drained after the call. Just stay away.
