Process includes four rounds - first is technical, second is techno managerial, third is managerial and fourth is HR. Whole process took almost one week to finish and went pretty well. Over all good experience.

Technical Round 1: Focuses on the basics of network protocols.
Technical Round 2: Includes advanced technical questions along with troubleshooting scenarios.
Technical Round 3: Covers in-depth knowledge of OSI Layers 1–7, security tools, troubleshooting approaches, Wireshark analysis, and customer handling skills.
Managerial Round: Evaluates previous roles and responsibilities, customer handling experience, communication skills, and overall job fit.
HR Discussion: General discussion covering salary expectations, role details, and organizational policies.
