3 stages
1. Recruiter screening call - very pleasant and informative. Advised about the option to WFH or from the office, which is totally up to the employee.
2. EMEA Manager interview
Fantastic interview, manager was very open and honest about the role and the team and any changes that are happening at the moment. Gave a realistic view on the role, perks and challenges
3. Team Manager interview
Very new to the role, former renewals manager. Was very sales-y and try to make the role look better than it was.
To questions on how the workload is and how achievable the quotas are, he basically told me it's up to the rep and if they don't manage to reach quota, it's their own fault.
Didn't give me the best feeling and couldn't imagine to report to him.
All in all probably a good company to work for, but not the right company and role for me at this time.
Didn't receive an offer, but I told them I wouldn't want to go ahead in the process, so I think I'd probably would have received one, but may not.
