Interview
First part of interview was with a Junior Recruiter (basically went over position again and asked questions about resume). Second part of interview was with the Hiring Manager for the department. They tend to ask behavior and hypotheticals that seem standard. The last part of the interview was role-playing.

Interview
I was approached by a Talent Acquisition Specialist via LinkedIn. We set up the first interview and it went smoothly. Then there were 3 more interview steps with the people from the sale team + a sales engineer. All of those were arranged quite quickly and all of them went smoothly. From the first touch point to the signing of the contract went around 3 weeks of time. I felt that the people I spoke to were very professional and had a very respectful attitude towards me as a potential candidate. They asked me a lot of good questions and answered all my questions as well. I felt quite confident with each of them and they managed to make me feel that this is a right decision to join their team. I didn't have any doubts in any of the steps of the interview (I do hope that during our future collaboration the impression will not change in any way).

Very well structured interview in 3 phases: HR, Hiring Manager and Panel interview. Useful approaches and feedbacks. Use of methodologies for the last interview 30,60,90 and Medic.

From the time I had my video interview to the email that they went with another candidate was 4 weeks. I followed up with the hiring manager twice. It was an overall easy process.
