Interview
Met with the Technical Support managers after taking a rather intense IQ test and wide-ranging personality test to be accepted. It was a friendly interview, asked about my future plans and whether I would be interested in certain job opportunities. Despite multiple people in the room speaking to me, I did not feel intimidated and one of the managers walked me out. I appreciated that.

Interview
After applying online i received a call from a recruiter in which she performed a phone screen interview with me. I must have passed that initial review as I was invited to come onsite and interview in person. When I came in, the recruiter also had me take a timed online cognitive test (like a MENSA test).
