Completed Application - once completed, it will be reviewed and next steps communicated (go/no go). Spoke with Hiring Manager - interviewed with the hiring manager and get more insight into the role. Speak with Executive - 2nd round interview with a senior leader in the department. Offer/Decision - feedback on whether it is a go/no go and next steps into onboarding.

They set up a preliminary screening with the chief people officer. Upon connecting, they are not interested in the communication itself. Talked about 30 minutes to pitch myself and ask questions but during that time, I started to think myself why I needed to passionately express myself when the other party showed no interest. They were not professional enough.
