Foothills Sports Medicine interview questions

I went in for a in person interview which lasted about 30 minutes, talking about myself and my experience/goals. From there I was invited to a on the job interview taking a client through a workout session

This was one of the most interesting interviews of my life. I was interviewed while the interviewer was doing manual therapy on a patient so I had to stand next to the table. I was unsure of where I should be, put my purse/ resume, it was awkward. Soon after the interview began, I was asked to sit down on another table nearby because the person interviewing me was "uncomfortable with how tall I am." I am a woman and I was about an inch taller than this man. Soon after that, the man interviewing me asked the patient he was working on if he had any interview questions for me.
