Interview
They take you either to the lunch room on the main floor or upstairs and ask you basic questions about your experience and skills. They walk you around the department to show you what you’ll be working with.
Easy, basic interviewing questions fit for teens looking for their first job. Asked to explain when a difficult scenario has arisen and how you handled it, or what would you do in certain retail situations regarding customers.
