They were suppose to be 3 steps, but a 4th one was added eventually, though it was more a smooth conversation. First the MKT Coordinator, then Product VP, then HR and eventually Marketing VP. I appreciated the quality of questions, especially from HR, but also they avoided doing pressure tests or similar (I experienced this in other companies). They asked deeply my tasks in my previous job and I was comfortable during the interviews.

Question 1
How would you collaborate across the departments considering it's a full-remote position?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at FoodChain ID
Interview
Very drawn-out process (it took 2 full months for only 2 interview rounds) First interview was in December and the Second one was a month later! No updates until I chase for them, just for them to say I don't have the industry experience they're looking for (should've been disclosed before making me go through all that, as my resume contained all the necessary info).
