I applied on-line and in a few days I received a call to come in for a interview. The actual interveiw was fine. It was a more causal atmosphere rather than so uptight so that relaxed me somewhat. It was scheduled for a second interview then orientation. The HR mgr and store manager were both friendly and professional during 4he hiring process.

Interview
The company Food Lion hosted multiple in person one on one open interviews that lasted for about 5-10 minutes per individual. Most people showed up empty handed but I was sure to have a resume.
