Interview
They called the day after I applied and me and asked if I could come in for an interview he next day. I met with the front end manager, who escorted me back to the department managers' office. I was asked about my availability and how much I wanted to be paid. I mentioned how much I made in other jobs and named my price. They went and got the general manager, who told me that was more than the usual starting pay, and then practically begged me to explain how an of my experience might be relevant to the the job. I explained how my experience in food service related to the work of stocking groceries, and they made me an offer on the spot.

Interview
Negotiable process. We were able to work things out, as far as pay goes they were honest and upfront. And discussed a potential raise. Explained what they did. What was needed of me, what I needed from them. Simple. Smooth.

The interview is easy, the interviewers are very nice, positive, and very down-to-earth. As long as you are prepared, yourself and want to do what they're asking, you'll be fine. Interviews demand attention to detail, well-groomed appearances, and sensible or formal business attire. Certain restrictions on hair length may require applicants to shave or trim up before attending interviews.
