The interview was very basic it began with phone screening interview then in-person. When I arrived at the interview the woman who I interviewed with over the phone was very friendly and nice however the supervisor over the Customer service position made me feel really uncomfortable. I had my hair braided into a really nice hairstyle and the supervisor gave me the weirdest look as if I failed the interview before it even started. The supervisor of the Customer Service department gave me the most awkward stare the entire interview I felt defeated and out of place. She made me feel as though maybe the company isn’t as culturally diverse as it should be.
