Fogg Filler interview questions

First a phone interview: it took over an hour. The Engineering Manager asked a lot of questions, about both who I was and what my engineering background was like. When I went to the on-site interview 10 days later, it was very long. I had an interview with HR, and three separate interviews with sets of engineers. They gave me a tour of the facility, and finally a SolidWorks CAD test lasting 1.5 hrs.
